Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or dairy-free)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (dairy or dairy-free)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Mixed fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries), for topping
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts or almonds (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1

Add the rolled oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla to a bowl or sealable jar.

  2. 2

Stir everything together until well combined.

  3. 3

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight, so the oats soften and thicken.

  4. 4

In the morning, stir the oats and add a splash of extra milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.

  5. 5

Top with a generous handful of fresh mixed berries and a sprinkle of chopped nuts.

  6. 6

Enjoy cold straight from the jar.
