BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders
Tender BBQ pulled pork layered on soft, sweet Hawaiian rolls with melted cheese and a butter-garlic glaze. These easy, crowd-pleasing sliders bake up golden and gooey in about 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls (1 package, connected)
- 2 to 3 cups cooked pulled pork, warmed
- 1 cup barbecue sauce, plus extra for brushing
- 6 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese, halved
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley (optional)

Preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Without separating the rolls, slice the slab of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the halves cut side up on the baking sheet.

Spread a thin layer of barbecue sauce over the cut side of the rolls.

Mix the remaining barbecue sauce with the pulled pork and distribute it evenly across the rolls.

Layer the cheese over the pulled pork, then place the top half of the rolls back on.

Mix the melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, Dijon mustard, and paprika, then brush over the tops of the rolls.

Cover with foil and bake 10 minutes, then uncover and bake 5 more minutes until golden and the cheese is melted.
